July 06 TIRED !!!!Finally, it's all over and the hubby is back to work!! That was a very long 4th of July. My grandfather died the morning of the 3rd. My cousin called that morning to let me know. It sounds bad to say but I am happy that he is gone. He was in the nursing home for the past three years, and he was miserable. He layed in a bed all day with only his shirt on, I'm sure he probably messed the bed, and he was very unhappy. So he is in a much better place now. His funeral is tomorrow, but I can't go to it, because we are too far away. We had an okay fourth of July. We deep fried a turkey, and my hubby drank all day. I went to work with Teresa, and got pretty hammered myself. My hubby had someone bring him to the bar, but he finally had to leave because he was sooooo drunk. Teresa finally closed and her and I and one other woman went to another bar and we had a couple of drinks there. I had to go home, because I needed SLEEP! So needless to say yesterday I woke up with a hangover, and I called in too the groomer to see if I could get my lil Davey Doggie in, she could so I took him in. OMG!!! He looks so funny now, everybody laughed at me because when we went to go pick him up I walked in and I almost cried, he didn't even look the same. I am such a big baby but I felt like my lil puppy was gone. Now he looks like a teenager. lol Crazy huh????
